Duarte do Amaral, N\u00ba 1273, Pavilh\u00e3o 8 \u2013 Pencelo 4800-109 Guimar\u00e3es, with Tax ID 514082658 (hereinafter, \u201cDetusware\u201d).<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Detusware may also intervene in some processing activities where it may be qualified as a joint controller or processor, which will be informed to the data subject prior to processing.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">DATA PROTECTION OFFICER<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Detusware appoints a Data Protection Officer (\u201cDPO\u201d).<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Any clarification regarding policies or practices related to privacy and information processing can be requested from the designated DPO by sending an email to\u00a0<a class=\"underline\" href=\"mailto:info@detus.co\">info@detus.co<\/a>\u00a0or by postal mail to Detusware\u2019s address, to the attention of the DPO.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">The DPO may also be contacted regarding subscription removal, consent withdrawal, or filing complaints based on a legal violation or of this privacy policy.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Data provided within the relationship between Clients and Clients\u2019 Employees and Detusware are processed in accordance with the following principles:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">lawfulness, fairness and transparency;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">determined, explicit and legitimate purposes;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">adequacy, relevance and limitation to what is necessary;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">accuracy and updating when necessary;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">storage limited to the necessary period;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">security, with protection against unauthorized access, use or destruction.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND RETENTION<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Purpose: Detusware processes personal data for service provision, commercial support, institutional communication, and compliance with legal obligations.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Legal bases:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Execution of contracts and pre-contractual measures;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Legitimate interest (communication, direct marketing, service improvement);<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Data may be shared with processors, business partners, and legal authorities, always safeguarding the rights of data subjects and ensuring that recipients class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Detusware may collect data from public sources and legally authorized entities for the purpose of contractual and legal compliance.
